"My husband and I had appointments recently for exams and cleaning. Although we were very happy with the services, I'm sorry to say that I will not return. The radio music playing was very disturbing to me : hard rock is not relaxing for me! While filling out forms, I asked the receptionist to please turn down the volume, she did.But by the time I was seen by the hygienist the volume was turned up agaon.I asked her to please turn it down again.Her response was that she didn't know how,and that she actually liked it! I told her that the music was making me anxious,and she made no response. My husband said he didn't care about the music, but I did.So he will be back in 6 months, but I will not.Sorry! All other aspects of my visit were very good."
